Seminars

Terms and Conditions (v1 April 2009)

1. Gracia Consult Ltd (the Company) is a consultancy firm operating in the field of construction and engineering. The provision of seminars or any form of training material or event is intended for educational purposes and is not held out as providing definitive answers or opinions on the subject matter under consideration.
2. The Company reserves the right to change or amend the speaker, venue, order of events etc. entirely at its own discretion but will endeavour to inform Attendees of such changes 24hrs prior to delivery of the event.
3. The Company will endeavour to deliver all material or content associated with each event in the manner described in the promotional material but expressly denies liability for any direct or consequential loss arising from any failure of delivery.
4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event at any time but shall endeavour to provide all fully paid attendees with a minimum of 24hrs notice of such cancellation or postponement.
1. Where the Company cancels the event Attendees will be refunded the event fee plus VAT.
2. Where the Company postpones the event Attendees will be given the option to attend on the new date or to receive a refund.
3. Attendees may cancel their booking without charge up to 21 calendar days before the event is due to take place.
4. Attendees who cancel their booking within 14 days of the event taking place will be liable for 25% of the event fee plus VAT.
5. Attendees who cancel their booking within 7 days of the event taking place will be liable for the whole of the event fee plus VAT
5. Payment is due 14 days prior to the event taking place. Where invoices are required they will be issued as soon as bookings are made with payment being due within 14 calendar days. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to any Attendee who as not made full payment within 14 calendar days of the event.
