Staff Required

If you are experienced in the field of construction/engineering disputes and/or procument and based in or around Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham or London we would like to hear from you. We are aiming to develop resources in these areas with aim of setting up regional offices and seek motivated individuals to help us achieve this. • Experienced in construction/engineering contracts
• Familiar with the main dispute resolution processes and/or procurement
• Hold professional construction qualifications e.g. CIOB, RICS, ICE, RIBA, CIArb etc.
• Have wide ranging domestic and/or international experience
• Ideally have some legal qualification e.g. GDip Law, Law Degree, MSc Construction Law etc.
• Be able to deal drectly with clients on a face to face basis
• Able to manage and organise your workload to achieve key deadlines
• Keep up to date on current legislation, contractual issues etc.

In terms of salary package we are happy to discuss suitable remuneration with elements of bonus for targets met. We will not be offering company cars but instead will provide a mileage allowance. We are particularly interested in individuals capable of developing offices in the regions with the goal of building a leading consultancy firm. We would consider elements of ownership for individuals that can demonstrate the ability to build the business.
