| Proving Delay and Disruption |
This event considers the acceptable methodology for presenting a claim for delay and disruption and the typical requirements that any tribunal would require. It is also of use to client and contractor organisations who are either in receipt of a claim the need ot evaluate or are preparing a claim they wish to submit. This session does not include any hands on programming but makes reference to the common methods of presenting programmes. |

This session considers various cases and their interpretation of the UK legislation commonly referred to as the Construction Act (Housing Grants (Construction and Regeneration) Act 1996 PtII). |
