Project Police ™ Our "Project Police ™" service provides project monitoring for interested project stakeholders such as Employers, funders, end users etc. who wish to ensure their project has the best chance of achieving its time/cost/quality/risk goals. This is not simply Project Management although we will assist in co-ordinating and driving forward the project in terms of procurement, documentation, contracts, delivery etc. Project Police occupies the space between the interested stakeholder and the project delivery team e.g. contract administrator, cost consultants, design team, Employer's Agent etc. We report directly to the interested stakeholder and are primarily concerned with protecting our client's interest. Many project stakeholders are finding their interests are not being protected by the traditional project team particularly where consultants fees increase as project costs increase.
